Ending Decades of Conflict, Catastrophe and Casualties

Following decades of conflict, catastrophe and casualties, the Sudanese government and rebel groups united to sign a monumental peace agreement. This marked the end of a tumultuous period in Sudanese history. A number of complex issues ranging from reparations, land ownership, refugees and internally displaced people were discussed.

The Utrecht Centre for Global Challenges will be welcoming  Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG)'s Danny Fullerton and Mr. Yassir Arman, the Secretary General and Chief Negotiator for the SPLM-N to share their experiences.

Join us online, on Wednesday, 11 November from 16.00-17.00 to learn more about this unique occasion.
