Interesting Panel Discussion, with the theme: "Who is responsible for the areas beyond national jurisdiction (ABNJ)?" With speakers from e.g. Greenpeace, the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, and moderated by Seline Trevisanut, professor in Ocean Law & Policy.
