NIG Annual Work Conference 2020

This year’s will be a one day online event taking place on Thursday November 12th. 

The Annual Work Conference hosts eight different panel sessions which participants can register for to attend. The panel sessions cover a range of different prominent topics in public administration and political science. Examples include algorithmic governance; public accountability and public ethics. 

On the same day, there will also be pre-conference hosted by the Vereniging voor Bestuurskunde (VB) entitled ‘Innovation in approaches of societal challenges: Connecting science and practice?’

Virtual conference

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the (pre)conference will be held fully virtually via WebEx. A technical support team will be available all day to ensure that all participants experiencing technical difficulties will be supported.

Preliminary programme

The preliminary programme is as follows:

  • 10:00-12:00 PM: VB-NIG pre-conference. For more information .
  • 13:00-18:00 PM: NIG conference with 8 parallel panel sessions.
