iCEL special issue launch
Save the date: on September 26th the iCEL team will host an event promoting the launch of their new Special Issue on International Community-Engaged Learning (ICEL) in the Journal of Higher Education Outreach and Engagement (JHEOE). During the launch, the special issue will be presented and discussed.
The brings together research, reflective essays, and projects with promise that explore how universities, students, and communities worldwide can collaborate to address global challenges. It dives into the diverse aspects and benefits of international community-engaged learning and aims to provide tools to help with implementing ICEL programs.
The program of the launch will consist of:
- Introduction
- Session for online authors
- Break
- Session for in-person authors
- Reflection session
- Borrel and networking
