The Gender and Diversity Hub would like to invite you to its upcoming Brown Bag Lunch Conversation with prof. dr. Berteke Waaldijk, prof. dr. John de Wit and dr. Marjolein van den Brink, entitled 鈥淲ellbeing at the intersection of gender, sexuality and migration: an interdisciplinary exploration and conceptualization of contact zones鈥.

During this session, Marjolein van den Brink (Netherlands Institute of Human Rights), Berteke Waaldijk (Gender Studies/History) and John de Wit (Interdisciplinary Social Science) will jointly present their interdisciplinary research on wellbeing at the intersection of gender, sexuality and migration. Their research seeks to promote knowledge generation, exchange and application with respect to the ways in which gender and sexuality, as important dimensions of intersectional disadvantage, are being addressed in research, policy and practice regarding the wellbeing of migrants, people, communities and societies left behind, as well as people, communities and societies in countries of destination.
