Education Day - Education Center UMC Utrecht
The Education Center UMC Utrecht is organizing Education Day for the very first time. During this day, students, teachers and employees get the attention they deserve. In the afternoon there will be a live programme 'Het Onderwijs Draait Door'. Inspiring and prominent speakers from both the UMC Utrecht and abroad will speak.
You are cordially invited to follow the afternoon program via the live stream.
During the livestream we will show short videos made by our 'compliment-student team', in which UMCU-employees in education are surprised in a fun way! You can easily view these videos during Education Day on .
In addition, all kinds of inspiring and entertaining clips will be available on the Day of Education.
In the morning, the subject of the U-team's strategic meeting will be the future of education with The New Utrecht School.
Tips for the afternoon are:
- Lecture by Dr. Marjel van Dam, Associate Professor Teaching: Quality and patient safety: before and through the course.
- Students of the Koffie&co podcast interview Prof. Olle ten Cate.
- The Harmen Tiddens Educational Grand Lecture by Prof. Lorelei Lingard: The many faces of Clinical Supervision. Professor Lingard is awarded the annual Harmen Tiddens Erepenning for her pioneering work in healthcare education.
Be inspired by the students and the speakers. Expand your knowledge in various areas to broaden your view on your own work. Get to know key players and areas of expertise that play a role within the Education Center.
