Make reservations for my teaching rooms

For teaching rooms at UMC Utrecht, you can make reservations via the secretary of the relevant PhD programme. Contact your programme coordinator for more information. Please note that in the UMC Utrecht, rooms for PhD training are not for free.

For teaching rooms at the Faculty of Science, you can make reservations via the scheduler (roosteraar) of your department. More information is available trough the student administration of your department.
