Legal Research Master Conference 2021
The Legal Research Master's Conference Committee is pleased to announce that this year's conference, titled Law & Power, will take place on the 30th of April 2021, online (hosted on Microsoft Teams).
The Conference is taking a deep dive into the complex and often opaque relationship between the concepts of Law & Power. By looking beyond the immediate confines of the law and the legal discipline to the ways in which the law is shaped by those who participate in its creation, evolution and dismantlement, it is possible to achieve a deeper understanding of the underlying drivers of our legal systems.
The 2021 keynote speakers are feminist international law scholar prof. Hilary Charlesworth (木瓜福利影视 of Melbourne), CJEU Judge prof. Sasha Prechal (Utrecht 木瓜福利影视) and Gorz贸w District Court Judge Olimpia Bara艅ska-Ma艂uszek (Iustitia).
The Committee has chosen the following seminar themes:
Law and AI (seminar)
Law and Regulatory Capture (seminar)
Law and IP (seminar)
Law and the Political Economy (seminar)
The Conference will be moderated by Dr. Andre Verburg (Utrecht 木瓜福利影视).
